Your choice

Essential cookies and browser storage keep eventanew working. Optional analytics are off until you choose “Allow analytics”. “Essential only” leaves sign-in, viewing, contribution, reporting and purchases available, subject to the event’s normal access rules. Use Cookie settings in any footer to change or withdraw your choice.

We remember your device-local choice in the first-party ea_consent cookie for up to 180 days. It contains only essential-only or analytics-allowed, is scoped to this application host and is sent securely over HTTPS. Clearing it or using a different browser prompts you again. If a choice cannot be saved, optional analytics stay off for the current page. After a reload, an earlier saved choice, including an opt-in, may return. To withdraw permanently, allow this site to save the new choice or clear the ea_consent cookie using your browser settings.

Essential storage

  • Clerk authentication cookies maintain account sign-in and security. Their lifetimes follow the configured Clerk session policy.
  • ea_device is an opaque safety identifier lasting up to 180 days. It supports abuse limits and anonymous reporting and grants no event access.
  • ea_guest_… and ea_unlock_… cookies maintain event-specific guest sessions and unlock proofs for up to 30 days. Signing out of an account does not automatically clear these event cookies.
  • Event delivery proofs last 30 minutes; short-lived exchange and media tokens last 5 minutes. They enforce access and do not provide analytics consent.
  • Session storage keeps temporary guest access state; browser upload state supports interrupted uploads and may require reselecting the original file.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile may use security-related browser signals when a challenge is necessary. Stripe uses its own payment and fraud-prevention technologies on checkout and billing pages.

Blocking essential storage in your browser may prevent sign-in or contribution. Rejecting optional analytics with our controls does not disable these features.

Optional analytics and error reporting

No analytics vendor, Sentry session metrics, performance analytics or session replay are enabled today, including after opt-in. Any future optional collection must check your current permission before loading or sending data and update this policy as needed.

Sentry receives scrubbed fault reports for service reliability. Event content, cookies, authorization values and access tokens are excluded from those reports. Error diagnostics do not enable session replay or analytics cookies.
